Free returns in Nordic countries & the EU

We offer free returns with a prepaid return shipping label included for customers in the Nordic countries and all European Union countries.

Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Returns from all other countries

For returns from all other countries, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Free outbound shipping does not include free return shipping for destinations outside the Nordic countries and EU.
